Here's one for you hard core rare butterfly nuts. This is one butterfly even we're psyched to see! Unless you're in Japan, you'll probably never see this one. If we have it in stock, jump on it immediately!. The handful we've had (over a 20 year period) have done very well under expert care. Like all butterflies, it should be kept with very peaceful tankmates and provide it a varied diet. Diet and Feeding

Offer crustacean flesh, mysid shrimp and frozen preparations. Feeding more than once daily is recommended for all butterflies.

Reef Aquarium Compatibility

This species feeds on a wide-range of invertebrates, including some of the species kept in reefs, but keeping it with live rock can be a great benefit.
