This is a striking, rare deepwater species that is one of the most durable aquarium butterflyfishes. It will accept most aquarium foods. It tends to ignore unrelated fish species. It is a bold species that tends to spend most of its time in the open. It can be employed to clean live rock of glass anemones, however, it will also feed on some of the more desirable invertebrates living on the rock, like fan worms. |
